Iconography & Imagery

Icons serve a function

Use functional icons consistent with existing site components, not decorative emoji or an unapproved icon family. Text labels and accessible states still matter.

Photography, licensing and portraits

Use community-owned or appropriately licensed images with recorded provenance and permission. Preserve facial identity, simple framing and restrained borders. Editorial portrait styling remains a proposed application until formally approved.

• Do not apply glass overlays to ordinary content photography.
• Do not publish visuals without permission.
