Established hierarchy
Primary: Navy/white; secondary: neutral surface with semantic border; tertiary: text action; danger: genuine danger only; utility: copy/download/open. Use one dominant action per cluster.
Specimen code, not a new component library
The example uses existing brand-portal classes. The public website uses its own button component family; this snippet must not be copied to replace the canonical website implementation.
