Content adapts to the design, not the other way round. Identity changes are valid only with a written project-owner decision.

Order of authority

If documents conflict, the higher one wins.

Exceptions: "Just one page", "just for this event" or "temporarily" are not grounds for an exception. Valid exceptions are recorded in writing in the design freeze with limited scope (example: the website footer, 30 September 2026).
Versioning & provenance

Every file is traceable.

Portal version

V 1.0.0-rc.1 — Release candidate — awaiting owner review. Minor bump for new content, major for approved rule changes.

Asset manifest

SHA-256, size, origin and classification of every file: assets-manifest.json.

Partner logos

Only with written permission from the owner, for a specific publication, and never added to the community asset pack.

Website integration

A footer link "Panduan Identitas Visual / Brand Guidelines / Huisstijlrichtlijnen" to this portal has been prepared as a patch for the canonical repository. Not yet applied. Pending
